Due to the high computational costs of AI generation and the immediate delivery of digital content, we do not offer refunds after purchase. We strongly encourage you to try our free plan (3 generations per week) before subscribing to ensure our service meets your needs.

At InkUnicorn, we strive to provide the best AI-powered coloring page generation service. This refund policy explains our practices regarding refunds, cancellations, and your rights as a customer.

1. Digital Products and Services

1.1 AI Generation Credits

Credits used for AI generation are consumed immediately upon use. Once a generation is processed, the computational resources have been expended and cannot be refunded.

1.2 Digital Downloads

All coloring pages, templates, and digital content are delivered immediately upon generation or download. As these are digital products that cannot be returned, refunds are not available after delivery.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Monthly and Annual Pro Plans

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable after purchase
  • Credits are issued immediately upon payment and cannot be refunded
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time in the billing period

2.2 Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to “My Account” or “Subscription Settings”
  3. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  4. Follow the confirmation prompts

3. Additional Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits purchased separately from subscriptions:

  • Never expire and remain in your account indefinitely
  • Cannot be transferred to another user
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or other value
  • Are used after subscription credits are exhausted

4. Free Plan and Trial Period

Try Before You Buy

We offer a generous free plan with 3 AI generations per week, allowing you to:

  • ✓ Ensure compatibility with your needs

We strongly recommend using the free plan before purchasing a subscription.

5. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

5.1 Technical Issues

If our service is completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days) due to technical issues on our end, we may offer a pro-rated refund or service credit.

5.2 Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same product, we will refund the duplicate charges.

5.3 Pre-Purchase Period

If you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase AND have not used any credits from the purchase, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have concerns about your purchase:

All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our payment processor. Paddle handles all payment transactions and may have additional terms that apply to your purchase.
